DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ITS A SCAM I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY SHIPMENT !!!!!!!

this company and customer service is not professional at all they are a bunch of liars i placed an order for 4 tee shirts on June 3,2021 and they must have a blind person doing orders warehouse sent 2 Knick sweaters i sent them photos and i also called them for help they sent a label i sent the stuff back no refund was given and than trust them to get it right today received 4 sweaters this time and called them back and they are not trying to help me i don't think its a real Modell's at all i think its old stock that's why they keep advertising tee shirts but sending me sweaters please don't waste your time or money with them go somewhere else its been a real headache shopping online with these people who cant even understand English . I would have given then ZERO 00000 stars they are totally garbage and i will make sure i tell everyone not to trust or buy any products from them at all today is June 18,2021 and they still are holding my money HOSTAGE

BAIT AND SWITCH

BAIT AND SWITCH - WEBSITE LIES..
I purchased a weight bench, thinking I was getting what was pictured, and described on website.. DEAD WRONG.. 5 phone calls, over 30 days to horrible customer service minions, who only read from a script, each time describing in detail what was wrong.. - They took down the entire Proform bench listing on their website, and didn't try to apologize, or even recognize their error. First and LAST time I ever purchase anything from Modells.. No surprise they're in Bankruptcy...

These people are rotten thieves!!

I ordered a weight rack and was doing so on quadpay. After the website told me the bill was $250 for the first payment, they billed the full $1,061.23 and now will not allow me to cancel the order nor will they give a refund. I have disputed the payment with my credit card company and have stopped the payment. I have also got a lawyer looking into this Do not do business with this company! They are thieves!

If I could I’d give them zero stars

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I purchased a workout cage over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They said it was back ordered, after me following up with them 10 days after ordering it. They promised it would get shipped by May 20, but here I am with no tracking 5 days later. They refuse to refund my money and cancel my order. Getting a lawyer involved. Not sure how this company is still in business.

This company is despicable and I am pissed!!!! I ordered a portable treadmill online through Facebook on March 8 and got the FedEx tracking number right away. However, there is no record that FedEx has it. I asked for a refund and they refused saying it has been shipped. I've emailed numerous times to locate its whereabouts and keep getting the same answer: They will escalate it. I've called twice this week only to be told the same thing. It is two months now with no treadmill and no refund. Basically, I just gave someone $700.00 of my hard-earned money. My next step is going to be getting a lawyer. I DO NOT recommend this company. Please do not give them your business. You will regret it!

That website is scam. Do not buy, you will lose your money. The costumer services is terrible and never returned your money back or send your items. Please don’t buying anything here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM

DO NOT ORDER FROM. Ordered a Proform treadmill which arrived broken. The motor was smashed in and the on/off switch completely pushed inside the motor. I emailed Modell's and a month later still no replacement and now that I've asked for a refund I've been blocked from their Facebook and receiving no return emails. This company is terrible. Don't order from them.

Paid full price for 1/2 my order

I order 2 baseball nets, I received only 1box. After many request for my second net yielded noting.
Crooks plain and simple. They blamed UPS but i have UPS records and video showing only 1 box was delivered.

400$$ down the drain

Ordered a 400$ piece of workout equipment and they only sent half of it. They've been giving me the run around for a month now and now tell me that I have to return the useless box that they've sent me in order to get store credit smh. Don't buy from these ripoffs, I wished I'd read reviews first.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered two 25 pound Olympic plates online and instead was sent one 45 pound plate. I contacted the company and asked if they could send my correct order before I return the 45 pound plate and they told me they wouldn't send me my correct order until I mailed back the incorrect plate. I received horrible customer service and have been emailing back and forth for over a month and have received virtually no help with my situation. Im not dragging a 45 pound weight to the post office because of a mistake they made. To make it even better, the return label they sent me is only for 25 pounds, so I would not even be able to use it anyway. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Thieves. Plain and simple. Don't order you will lose your money.

Placed an order for a piece of cardio equipment that was $533 a week ago. Emailed them asking when it would be shipped was told within 5 to 7 days. Just got an email today that THEY are canceling the order because THEY cannot fulfill it and they are only issuing me a store credit for $533! I didn't cancel the item they did, I have paid for this item in full and am now out the money I dont want a store credit I want a refund to my original payment method. I didn't break any agreement they couldn't fulfill the order. Im livid. Now I cant afford to go elsewhere and also don't have the equipment I placed an order for. Im not dropping this and am thinking of calling the news station about it.

I absolutely hate this place

I absolutely hate this place, the customer service sucks and it take them forever to respond. This will be my first and last time ordering anything from place. I recommend no one go through them they needs to be shut down.
